Somewhere out there is a big old 'Cyber Space'
and companies have bought big chunks of it. They are calling themselves 'Hosting Companies'

If you think of these chunks of 'Cyber Space' as big 'Office Blocks', you'll get the idea.

Now they divide the 'Office Block' up into individual offices and rent them out to individual businesses.
So they know who is in which office they need your business name 'Domain name' to put on your office door.
You tell them the name you want and they search through the whole world (www. = world wide web) to see if anybody else has got that name. If not the name is yours.

Now you pay them (The Hosting Company) your year's rent for the office name (Domain name)
and the office space (Hosting).

To stop anybody breaking into your nice new office, they send you an email with a 'User Name' and a 'Password'.
Now you go to 'The Artwork Studio' who has designed everything to go into your new office space (Your Website) and give them this 'User Name' and a 'Password'. 
Now  'The Artwork Studio' will be your 'Removal man' and will happily move (upload) every thing (Your Website)
into your new office space (Hosting).

We will design YOUR WEBSITE to suit your business
 After discussing your requirement. layout and colour etc. We will design your 'home page' (this is the first page people see) to meet these requirements. On approval we will complete your website. The above prices include a reasonable amount of alterations. Any major alterations after the design has been approved will be charged according to the work involved. If you require more than four pages the extra pages normally cost £25 each, but could cost less or more depending on the amount of work. The final website will either be uploaded to your web space or saved to disk for you to upload when you're ready.

WHAT WE NEED TO CREATE YOUR WEBSITE
 1. Please supply the text as a WORD document on disk or email. We can rewrite the copy to make it sound right if required.
2. Please supply your logo & photos, illustrations and logos exported  as GIFF or JPEG file at 300dpi on disk or emailed.
3. Any other material to be scanned please look for quality and larger the better.
4. It is good to use 'Testimonials' and 'Before & After' photos in your website.
5. We can help by supplieing some photos and images. We can also take photos but this will cost extra.
6. We can design you a Logo which can be used in printing etc, normally costing £40
DOMAIN NAME & HOSTING

But if you require a 'Web form' (a form on your website for people to fill in) or 'Paypal' you will require the next package up which is called 'Starter' costing £60 a year.
